XF FriXion
The La Sportiva Frixion® stem arose from the desire to create outsoles with increased parameters of hold and durability. XF FriXion – Very sticky, versatile rubber compound.

Injected Midsole
EVA injected midsoles offer a high degree of cushioning and a better elasticity of the fabric. These features assist ‘push off’ making these models ideal for use on trails. EVA injected midsoles allow the product to maintain the same characteristics and high performance.

Akasha II woman is the technical and aesthetic re-design of Akasha, the shoe from the La Sportiva Mountain Running® collection dedicated to endurance competitions, perfect for long-distance routes, UltraMarathons, Ultra-Trails and for prolonged use during training. The wearing comfort is given by the cushioning, thanks to the Cushion Platform ™ footbed insert and the large internal volumes as well as the soft, breathable and enveloping upper with Slip-on construction that avoids compression points during the race. The Dynamic ProTechTion ™ active front reinforcements provide protection and structure following the movement of the foot dynamically and without constriction. The gripping and bi-compound FriXion® Red sole is equipped with the exclusive Trail Rocker ™ solution capable of promoting the natural external heel - internal toe movement of the foot during running. Helios III is the “door to trail” running shoe designed for training and racing on hard off-road terrain. It is a product with anAt leisure vocation with light and breathable uppers made from a unique, thermo adhesive combination of rip-stop fabric, single sided mesh and reinforced TPU sandwich mesh.

The fit is extremely comfortable and snug fitting, derived from the Helios SR model. The presence of the counter heel avoids crushing during the fitting phase while the soft and snug cuff with 3D Foam pads guarantees a perfect comfort.

The tread uses the highly durable FriXion Blu compound: perfect for use on hard and rocky terrain.

The thermo formed toe contributes to the general lightweight of the product and helps to protect it from knocks and abrasion.

The injection molded EVA midsole with MorphoDynamic technology guarantees the high cushioning which has been typical of the Helios model since its market debut, while the Cushioning Platform insert increases its cushioning properties and overall comfort.
