Shopping online is not for everyone, so if you would rather pay over the phone or to make alternative arrangements please call us.

DISPATCH INFORMATION
All items in stock will normally be processed, packed and posted within 2-4 working days. Items not currently in stock, on back order or scheduled to be received from our suppliers will be delivered as a priority - we will advise you following your order of any delays - including an estimated time for delivery to you.
International orders, special delivery requirements and special orders will take longer to deliver - we will advise you following your order or request with a timescale for delivery.
You must inform us within two working days of the scheduled delivery date if the goods have not arrived or have been damaged in transit. We may not be able to organise a refund or replacement item if there is a significant delay in notifying us of the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
By submitting an order, you agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
BACK ORDERS
If your item is not in stock with either ourselves or our suppliers we will contact you to ask if you would like us to back order the item for you. You can decide to cancel the order or to be forwarded the item as soon as it is received by us.
DELIVERY
Please contact us if your order has not arrived in the stated timeframe. We investigate all postal losses 7-14 days after the due date of the order with our courier. Where delivery confirmation has been received on an order from our couriers, we cannot be held liable for the order.
RETURNS POLICY
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Unless otherwise stated all items may be returned for any reason (by you) within 14 days of purchase and will be refunded in full. Outside this period - please get in touch with us first for details on our returns policy - in most cases we'll accept returns within 60 days of purchase.
Your refund will be paid within 7 working days of our receipt and inspection of the returned goods. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or described wrongly.
For faulty goods, please contact us for a returns number and to clarify returns procedures. Once issued, please return the goods via post. Once received, we will inspect the item(s). Should the item(s) be deemed faulty as described, we will issue a full refund within 7 working days, including your postage costs.
Please check the items you receive carefully prior to use. We cannot accept the return of items that have been wrongly described, supplied in error or supplied with missing parts once the item has been used.
Unless faulty, any goods returned must be in saleable condition - unworn (outside), unused, unwashed with tags and all the original packaging intact. Please contact us first for a returns authorisation and address. We cannot accept returned items that have not been authorised.
For items held in the post, in transit or delayed in delivery we will work with you attempt to retrieve the item or have it returned to us. We cannot issue refunds or make claims for items prior to them being deemed 'lost' (please allow 30 days). Once an item is tracked or signed for as being delivered we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent loss, delay or claim.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
