The Velez Grid is for people who swap between fast and light outdoor activities.

If you enjoy a variety of high energy pursuits, you need a baselayer or midlayer that will always keep you feeling comfortable. Good protection and staying warm is essential, however, you also need to remain cool as required.

The Velez Grid’s relaxed yet functional design combines with Parameta G fabric for optimum comfort and temperature control.

The Velez Grid is extremely comfortable and provides superior head and neck protection.

• Optimum comfort from a casual, loose fit and Parameta G fabric combined with zoned mesh Pump Liner under the arms and across the back (key sweat points)
• Excellent head protection from a simple, close-fitting, two-piece hood
• Superior neck defence from an overlapping neckline that creates a snood effect around the neck whether the hood is in use or not.

Parameta^® G fabric is two fabrics in one, providing cooling when needed and insulation when needed.

When covered with a wind-proof the fleecy grid squares trap air and provide excellent insulation. When uncovered the gaps between the grid allow moving air to go straight to the skin, promoting cooling. The structure of this next-to-the-skin fabric optimises lateral water movement for evaporative cooling, keeping you comfortable when you are working hard.

These features provide a fabric which can keep you warm and keep you cool, and therefore is useful in the widest range of temperature conditions and activities, from high mountain climbing to gentle spring and summer walking, and all year round cycling.
