Specs

Research demonstrates that individuals can absorb up to 3 Torq units per hour whilst exercising, however Torq recommend that newcomers and smaller individuals start with 2 Torq units initially and experiment with higher doses over time. In warmer environmental conditions, or during higher intensity exercise when perspiration rates are high, they recommend that you lean towards a greater intake of Torq Energy Drink units. During cooler conditions when hydration is less of an issue, more of your fuelling units should be delivered via Torq Gels and Bars.

Fuelling
The Torq Fuelling system (2-3 Torq units per hour). Each of the following TORQ fuelling products represents 1 TORQ unit:

Sustainability 

The 0.75 is a below-the-knee cut and the 1.0 is a full length tight all providing suitable coverage but letting your ankles and calves breathe and stay cool when you building up heat. Flat lock seams reduce any friction or irritation so you have as comfortable a run as possible.

Mesh panels behind the knees provide great ventilation to keep your legs cool and dry when working up a sweat. 4-way stretch material provides brilliant durability and flexibility that lets your body move without restriction. Stretch Polyamide (18% Lycra) yarn fabric is high-wicking though not cool-to-feel, which can be a discomfort with some close fitting leggings. Grip strips prevent the legs riding up when moving so you’re comfortable throughout your activity. A great extra layer of protection for running and cycling.

The Alta III is the ideal jacket for all walking activities, including at the highest level.

I used the ladies version for The Winter Spine Race in 2019- amazing!
