Technical Details

The MtnFire 15 has an increased volume roll-top pocket on the back at 15 litres you could even pack for a 2 day Mountain Marathon.

This addition prepares the runner to keep themselves safe with less accessed emergency kit such as additional dry layers, food and first aid.

Additional sleeve for bladder.

Stretch mesh harness and pockets reduces bounce whilst running holding your kit close to the body, with 7 large stretch pockets up front there is plenty of room for on the move essentials.

Tailored fit and cutting edge fabrics ensure a stable carry throughout your run. Stretch mesh holds kit close to the body and reduces bounce whilst the rear compression system and roll top holds spare kit in place.

With 7 large stretch mesh pockets up front, including two zippered pockets, there is ample room for food hydration and on the move essentials such as map, compass, hat and gloves. The 15 litre rear roll top bag is perfect for spare layers, extra food or even your Mountain Marathon kit list.

Front pockets accommodate up to 500ml Flexi Flasks plus rear hydration sleeve can accommodate up to 3 litre Ultra Bladder.

3/4 length stretch tight. With a mesh map/gel pocket on the thigh. Flatlock seams reduce friction or irritation so you have as comfortable a run as possible.

Mesh panels behind the knees provide great ventilation to keep your legs cool and dry when working up a sweat. 4-way stretch material provides brilliant durability and flexibility that lets your body move without restriction. 

Stretch Polyamide (18% Lycra) yarn fabric is high-wicking though not cool-to-feel which can be a discomfort with some close fitting, high Lycra content leggings. Grip strips prevent the legs riding up when high stepping over tusocks and bogs.

The 3/4 length is a great option for those in-between days.

The wide elasticated waist band is comfortable when the rain persists and the pants stay on for longer whilst the raised rear panel helps keep a seal between jacket and pants under a pack.

Combined with the Halo Smock, the Halo Pant has a combined weight of 190g whilst still providing a high level of protection and performance. The Halo Pant is ideal for lightweight running in mixed conditions.

The NEW Ultra 20 is one of our smallest multi-day packs, well suited to the Mountain Marathon purist or the commuter looking for the capacity.  A traditional style pack that can be modified with OMM pack accessories when heading out for longer. Expandable side pocket access allows for carrying of waterproofs to water bottles.

This latest iteration of an already popular pack offers the same stability and capacity as the previous generation but now with the added benefit of a more sustainable construction.

The ULTRA RANGE now utilises the INFINIOMM manufacture process, utilising a single polymer (in this case, Nylon) to enhance the ease of recycling and forward processing.

INFINIOMM:
CIRCULAR MANUFACTURE WITH MONOPLASTICS

PROBLEM: Current recycling practices cannot easily split polymers. Products with a mix such as Nylon and Polyester can only be recycled (if at all) into lower-grade products with a high degree of wastage. This means a less useful end product and the rest going to landfill. To create new products requires the use of more virgin material (often crude oil) and a greater demand on resources.

AIM: Reduce world resource demand, landfill and waste

SOLUTION: Circular Manufacture – aims to use 100% of a product again and again whilst maintaining quality, without the need for 1st use ‘virgin’ materials and zero waste.

HOW: The Ultra Pack Range has been updated to use a single polymer throughout. Each pack is entirely constructed from high-quality Nylon; including zips, fabrics, webbing and buckles; the works!

Broad 3D mesh shoulder straps are comfortable when loaded, whilst the wide pocketed hipbelt and chest strap prevent lateral swing whilst running. Designed around the patented leanweight chassis system, weight is held to the runner’s back whilst in motion.

Constructed from high-quality nylon with a reinforced and water-resistant base, the Ultra 20 is designed for regular use as well as big-ticket racing.

The large mesh dump pockets on each side are perfect for water bottles or snacks and can be easily accessed whilst on the move.
