Can I Trim the Airr Insoles?

If you find that your Airr insoles are a bit too big for you, then they can be trimmed down a bit at the toes. It is advised that you use your shoe's existing insole to trace around for an optimal fit.

What Types of Footwear Are Suitable for the Airr Insoles?

Due to the slim and contoured design of the Sof Sole Airr Insoles, they are ideal for most shoes and footwear types. This means you can wear them as work boot insoles, casual shoe insoles, trainer insoles, and even formal footwear insoles.

Do I Need to Remove My Existing Insoles? 

Whether or not you choose to remove your existing insoles is largely down to your own personal preference. The Airr insoles should fit snugly into your footwear, and you may find that leaving your existing insoles in place helps with this. However, if there is little room to manoeuvre, then you may find that removing your existing insoles before inserting the Airr insoles helps to improve comfort.

How Do I Clean My Airr Insoles?

Once they have been removed from your footwear, you can wash your Sof Sole Airr Insoles with hand soap or gentle detergent. They can then be air dried before reinserting them into your shoes.

What is the Plantar Fasciitis Sock?

The plantar fasciitis sock from Ultimate Performance is a knee high sock that's been designed to be worn overnight to reduce and relieve the effects of plantar fasciitis. Providing a comfortable fit that won't affect sleep, this sock can also be used to reduce the symptoms of, as well as in conjunction with other remedies for Achilles tendonitis.

How does the Plantar Fasciitis Sock work?

This plantar fasciitis sock features an adjustable strap system that allows you to simply adjust the level of dorsi-flexion to suit your needs - pulling the toes back up towards the knee as required. The pull on the toes causes the plantar fascia to stretch, and when stretched (for a sustained period overnight) the tissues are encouraged to repair and heal in a better position, which reduces and alleviates the symptoms of plantar fasciitis and related heel pain.
